SoulFood Coaching program
A Torah-based, practical approach to creating a calm, balanced relationship with food - even during busy seasons and holidays.

You wake up with good intentions. This time will be different.

And for a while… it is.

Until something shifts.
A long day.
A heavy feeling.
A Shabbat table full of food… and something inside you just lets go.

And suddenly — you’re back there again.
Not just eating… but disconnected.
From yourself. From your choices. From the person you want to be.

It’s confusing.
Because you know what to do.
You’ve tried. You’ve committed.
You’ve even succeeded… for a moment.

So why does it keep slipping away?

Because this was never about food.
And it was never about willpower.

There’s something deeper here —
a pattern, a pull, a place inside that hasn’t been understood yet.

And once you understand it…
everything can begin to change. ✨

Who Is This For?

For many years, my relationship with food was complicated and painful. It was a sensitive subject, something I tiptoed around, and food felt emotionally loaded and heavy. After working together for about six months, my entire relationship with food has been rebranded. Completely. Food is no longer a dependency. It’s no longer a lifeline, a safety net, or something I lean on emotionally. Now, when I think about food, I think: How am I going to fuel my body today? That shift is a major transformation and it wouldn’t have been possible without your guidance and support. This journey has been incredibly meaningful and deeply emotional for me. I feel immense gratitude for this work. You are truly gifted at what you do. May Hashem bless you with the strength to continue helping those who need healing around food. What you’re doing is real shlichut.

What made this work different for me than any program or sponsor I had before was learning how to be human, without turning that into failure. In the past, every time I broke abstinence, it felt like I had to start over completely. Like something was wrong with me for not being able to stay “perfect.” That mindset kept me stuck in shame and feeling like a failure. The biggest gift I’ve received through this work is compassion — without permission to binge. I learned that falling doesn’t mean staying down. Just like a baby learning to walk, you get up again, and you don’t have to stay stuck as long. I used to believe a story that if I fell, I didn’t know how long it would take to get back up — or if I even would. Now I see how much of that was story, not reality.

I’m so glad I came and had the chance to meet you in person. You were wonderful to hear speak — clear, well-organized, and beautifully presented. The content, stories, humor, and visual aids all worked together seamlessly, and the technical and graphic support behind you is a real asset. Your presentation gave me a clear and compelling picture of your mahalach and your work. It was also very endearing to hear you share your vulnerability. Thank you for such an informative and meaningful experience. I’m really grateful I came.

I struggled to develop a healthy relationship with food for more than forty years. Working with Chana for six months changed everything. The process addressed behavioral, emotional, and spiritual layers, and every part of the work was individualized. Issues that had caused me to fail in previous weight-loss attempts — especially those rooted in past food restriction and trauma — were uncovered and worked through. As a result, the constant food chatter is gone. I no longer feel out of control around food, and I have also lost significant weight. Most importantly, I now have the tools to continue this journey. I highly recommend working with Chana to anyone struggling with food or weight.

“Chana is the voice of Center and she knows how to identify Center right away in another person… When a person has an active addiction they can’t rely on their addictive brain to get them out of the situation- that’s where Chana comes in. She helps identify the addict brain from the Centered Brain. She knows when to feed into the chaos, when to pay attention to the “Part” and when not to. She knows what to focus on, what to prioritize. Working with Chana is priceless. It's a real bracha finding someone like her for one’s recovery journey.”

“Soulfood is an all-inclusive program that addresses every part of one’s life. Chana speaks to your neshama plus teaches you how to discipline and regulate the body. Soulfood deals with various elements of disordered eating: under-eating or over-eating, and everything in between. With a personalized plan and always availability, Chana addresses the physical issue and shows us how to bring Chassidus into our lives through eating. Like nowhere else, Soulfood accepts food on Shabbos as special and different. Before this program, Shabbos was the nightmare of my life because I couldn't get a hold of it. And now, I am happy to say I am free with Chana’s approach to eating on Shabbos! This whole program has been a geula process for me! If a woman is ready to commit, she can progress and grow in ways she never imagined.”
