This policy transparently explains what personal data is collected on the website https://soul-care.co.il/, for what purposes, to whom it will be transferred, how long we will keep it, and what rights you have under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended by Amendment 13 (hereinafter: “the Law”).

Is providing the information mandatory?
Providing contact details is your choice; without details we may not be able to get back to you. To whom the information is transferred

Transfer of information abroad
Certain processing/storage may take place outside Israel (including by Meta and/or infrastructure providers). In such transfers we will act in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Transfer of Information Outside Israel), 5761-2001, whether to countries with adequate protection or by virtue of appropriate contractual undertakings with the recipient of the information (Standard Clauses adapted to Israeli law).
How long we will keep the information
Form inquiries: up to 36 months after the end of handling (or longer if required by law/legal protection).
Analytics/measurement data: usually up to 12 months.
Mailing lists: until an unsubscribe request/withdrawal of consent.
We will perform periodic deletions/anonymization according to an internal retention policy.
Your rights under the Law
Under the Law, you mainly have:
The right to review personal information about you in the database.
The right to request correction of information that is not correct/accurate/up to date.
To exercise your rights, contact us by email as set out in Section 1. We will respond within the timeframes prescribed by law; if we cannot comply – we will provide a reasoned notice in accordance with the Law. Deletion requests are not a general statutory right; however, we will consider deletion where there is no obligation to retain.

We implement reasonable security measures in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Information Security), 5777-2017. In the event of a serious security incident, we will act to identify, handle, document, and provide notices as required by law and by the Authority’s guidelines.

The website is not intended for independent use by minors. If we learn that information about a minor was provided to us without a parent/guardian’s consent – please notify us and we will act accordingly.

We will update from time to time to reflect changes in the law or in the service. The update date will appear at the top of the page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
